E&I Superintendent

Mission Context
The project consists of building an electrolyzer of at least 200 MW in the Port-Jérôme industrial zone in Normandy for the production of renewable hydrogen in France.

Objectives and deliverables
technical training (CIRA; electricity, etc.), you ideally have at least 20 years' successful experience in the field of electrical and/or instrumentation on industrial complexes
You will be in charge of:
ensure compliance with the safety rules of the site in close collaboration with the HSE department
monitor the progress of the site in accordance with the project schedule and be a force of proposal by alerting the site manager in the event of deviation; Anticipating future activities at the macro level
Follow-up of all prefabrication and on-site construction activities
monitor all electrical and instrumentation activities
Support the planner in the development and updates of the schedule of all construction and pre/commissioning activities
Track the progress of the different vendors
Ensure that the assembly complies with the project plans
ensure that the work carried out complies with the AL E&C (global E&C standard) quality standards
monitor and evaluate design changes (through the issuance of CFLs) to control quantities.
Assist the various design offices
ensure that all on-site inspections are carried out in accordance with the inspection plans (with the support of the QA/QC team) as well as the MoS and JSAs
Lead daily site coordination meetings with all teams
supervise the various AL E&C electrical and instrumentation supervisors
Validate the progress of the site on a weekly basis with all the supervisors through the progress tools deployed on the project
ensure that all plant elements are certified
help the contract specialist in the validation/rejection of the various Extra Works according to the specifications
Draw up the specifications together with the project team according to the scope to be carried out on site
Carry out quality audits for the S/T jointly with the site quality manager
Follow up on the quality file based on the inspection plan validated by the various specialists
Capitalize throughout the project on the various points (negative and positive) in order to dismantle an E&I capitalization file at the end of the project
Organize weekly meetings with the engineering department to follow up on anomalies
