Role: E&I Technician

Location: Suffolk, UK

Duration/End: Jan 2025

A client of ours are currently looking to hire an E&I Field Service Engineer on a contract basis for work on a new power plant in Suffolk. Installation of Siemens gas turbines on a new 300MW power plant.

Key responsibilities include:

- Calibration of instrumentation and sensors.

- Commissioning support for the installation of Siemens gas turbines and related facilities.

- Ensuring operational accuracy of key systems.

- Field service tasks on OCGT (Open Cycle Gas Turbine) systems.

Ideal candidate has:

- Experience as an E&I Field Service Engineer or E&I Technician

- Strong knowledge of gas turbines and power plant instrumentation or electrical systems

- Hands-on experience with calibration, troubleshooting and commissioning

- Willingness to work on-site in Suffolk, UK
