THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an Experienced Fabricator (5+ years) who’s ready to take on custom, one-of-a-kind projects with skill, creativity, and attention to detail. If you love the craft, excel in welding and fabrication, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the job for you!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skilled professionals with a “measure twice, cut once” mentality.
Strong fabrication & welding skills (MIG required, TIG a bonus).
Problem solvers who take pride in their craft and thrive on learning.
Reliable, self-motivated individuals who can manage time effectively.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

✔ Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
✔ Ability to lift 80+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on lifts/scaffolding as needed.
✔ Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely.
✔ Willing to invest in your own tools.
✔ OSHA training, forklift certification, or willingness to obtain.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Experience in signage or custom fabrication (5+ years minimum).
Vocational/trade degree in welding or metal fabrication.
Electrical wiring knowledge or welding certifications.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time (40+ hours/week)
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
⚡ Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or weekends when needed.
