Electrical Contracts Manager

Orion Group are working with a leading M&E Contractor to source an Electrical Contract Manager to add to there Highland Based Team.



This is an exciting time to join our client's business, as they are experiencing a period of growth and have a healthy pipeline of high-profile projects. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the senior management team in delivering these commitments.



Job Responsibilities:



Oversee large electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.

Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure effective resource allocation.

Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses closely.

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Conduct site visits and inspections as required.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience Project managing large-scale electrical projects.

Relevant Degree or Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Previous Trade Experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent budget management and resource allocation abilities.

Proven experience of leading & motivating project Teams

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
