Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer

Zenith People are working with our client who are a Manufacturer looking to recruit an Electrical Control & Instrumentation Technician on a permanent basis.



Working within a busy Maintenance Team you will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and on time. This role involves design, development and installation.



Reporting to the EC&I Supervisor on site responsibilities will be as follows:-



* Provide Technical Support including installation & fault diagnosis of electrical instrumentation and control equipment.



* Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance



* Design and develop new electrical & control systems



* Carry out installs



* Test, maintain and modify existing systems



Skills & Qualifications



* Time-Served with an apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation



* 5 years experience working within Fast Moving Manufacturing



* Advanced Process Control (APC), (DCS) and PLC – Siemens S7 being an advantage



* Be familiar with HV distribution systems is an advantage but not essential
