Your new role



Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Design of generator control systems and associated equipment

Updating and managing wiring schematics.

Technical Calculations.

Component / sub-systems supplier review.

Experience with programming Deep Sea and Comap genset controllers would be an advantage.

Knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN bus) would be an advantage.

Liaison with inhouse panel shop personnel on the assembly / manufacture of products.

Complete and apply basic training on engineering standards.

Generator upgrades, including but not limited to control panels.

Paralleling generator systems.

Generator Load Testing.

Generator commissioning

Knowledge of Stage V and Tier 4 Final engine control systems would be an advantage.

Carry out all work in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Occasional travel.
