Electrical Design Engineer

£35,000 to £45,000

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.



We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join one of the UK’s largest suppliers of UPS and emergency back-up generators based in Scarborough. This role will involve creating electrical designs using CAD software, producing wiring diagrams, interconnection drawings and single line diagrams and writing specifications for the procurement of key materials.

Experience Required:

 

·         Minimum qualifications at HND or Degree level in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

·         Experience of Electrical design of Uninterruptible Power Supply equipment

·         Experience with AutoCAD and Zuken E3 CAD Software

·         Previously worked within an ERP System

·         DC, AC and battery circuit design experience

·         PLC programming is desirable but not essential.
