They're seeking a motivated and talented Electrical Design Engineer with building services experience to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong project history, particularly in residential and commercial sectors, and are eager to take on more responsibility, this is the role for you. Experience in hotel, leisure, and tourism projects would be a definite advantage.



Key Responsibilities:

- Design Excellence: Work within their internal design team to deliver high-quality electrical designs for a variety of building services projects.

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage specific projects, attend client and stakeholder meetings, and ensure effective communication and flow of information.

- Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, managing their work and offering input to help them develop their skills.

- Professional Growth: Take on increased responsibility, with opportunities to progress through the levels as you grow within the role.



Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: Strong background in residential and commercial projects experience in hotel, leisure, and tourism sectors is a significant bonus.

- Project History: Proven track record of working successfully within an internal design team.

- Leadership: Experience leading projects, managing meetings, and overseeing the flow of project information.

- Team Mentorship: Comfortable working with junior team members, providing direction and feedback to help them succeed.

- Growth-Oriented: Ambitious, with a desire to take on more responsibility and advance within the company.



- Flexibility: Enjoy a 9-day fortnight work schedule, with the flexibility to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.
