About the role:



Astute's Nuclear team is working with a leading company in the industry who are looking to recruit for an Electrical Design Engineer on an 18-month contract based at their site in Reading.



The Electrical Design Engineer role comes with an hourly rate of £46- £51 per hour.



Key skills:

Construction and Installation experience

Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels

Knowledge/ability to manage stakeholders

Power Distribution Designs

Large PP&E Earthing Strategies

General Electrical design Documentation writing (Schematics, BCDs, Cable Schedules)

Close out of Electrical DCNs including Power Supply Modifications, Cable Routing and Control Fibre Specification.

Production of Approved for Construction (AFC) Packs and the associated Design Certificates
