Electrical Development Engineer

They are seeking a talented Electrical Development Engineer to join the team on a six month contract basis to support their electrical departments in developing cutting-edge technologies for both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Crafting and validating electrical schematics within the EDS team.
Collaborating with the packing team to ensure routing compliance and producing 'build to print' harness drawings.
Building and maintaining LabCar frameworks for early validation testing.
Debugging and operating LabCars using tools like ControlDesk, CANoe/CANalyzer.
Supporting technical activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Ensuring adherence to EDS standards, industry best practices, and relevant legislation.

What You'll Bring:

Expertise in electrical systems and components.
Experience with EE systems, including CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Inside IR35
37 hours per week
£45ph
2 days per week on site
Payroll through Umbrella
6 month duration (likely to be extended)
