Holds a recognized university degree in the field of specialization, qualified tosupervise, review designs and approve materials, hold a professional degree expertand higher from the Saudi Council of Engineers, experiences of not less than 15 yearsfor a foreigner to supervise on-site hospital projects, provided that at least half of thisexperience in supervising the implementation of hospital projects.The practical experience must include at least 2 hospital projects.
