Job Description:



We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in the marine industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on various marine vessels. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in marine electrical systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:



install all mechanical and electrical items in sequence of build/wiring

Test all electrical circuits, fault finding, and problem-solving

Fit air conditioning, as required

Fit out mechanical/electrical and plumbing of various water systems within boat assembly, including through-hull fittings

Basic tasks such as cutting, drilling, preparing, and installing a variety of equipment

Water tank installation

Fuel filter/water filter/dockside discharge fitting

Carry out all critical checks and sign off boat file for compliance

12/24V DC electrical wiring/diagrams/circuits/wiring installation of all elements

Use of multimeter for checking 12V, 24V, 240V, and 110V, including continuity testing and cable identificationRequirement:



To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:



Experience in electrical engineering sector

RIGHT TO WORK in UK

Previous experience as an Electrical Engineering in the marine industry.

Strong knowledge in marine electrical systems and safety standards

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
