Job Title: Electrical Engineer



Location: City of London



Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package



Shift: Monday – Friday (8-5)



About the role:



My client are medium sized building services provider with a focus on servicing commercial and public sector sites in the heart of London, they are looking to add an experience Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their team due to the expansion of portfolios.



To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of UPS, Generators & LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.



Any HV system knowledge and mechanical system knowledge would be desirable



Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, there is overtime available and also a call out rota of 1 in 5.



On offer is a basic salary of up to £45,000 for the suitable candidate + Company Pension Scheme, health care, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, company phone/tablet

City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation



City & Guilds Testing & Inspection 2391 (Desirable)



LVAP (Desirable)



HVAP (Desirable)



Good building services knowledge



HVAC/Mechanical qualifications a bonus
