This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on their established contract in the City of London ,Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful Electrical engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a growing maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development. 



The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ and have at least 5 years experience within relevant fields.

Main duties



PPMs & Reactive maintenance

Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests),

Test UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm ,sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation

Organising subcontractors

Quotations 

Health & Safety

Logbooks

Risk assessments

Permits to work

Requirements



City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations

Career driven and motivated

Polite and personable

Apprentice trained (desirable) 

Salary and Benefits



£45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 8 - 5 

25 days holiday + bank holidays
