The Offer Leadership Role The Job You will be responsible for : Providing innovative architectural design consultations to clients. Developing initial concept designs and renderings based on briefs to deliver powerful client presentations. Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications. Understanding requirements and providing electrical design solutions. Creating electrical schematics, layouts, and other grid plans. Ensuring electrical design is in line with safety standards. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Architecture / Design or Branch Manager within Automotive, Aviation, Defense & Aerospace and Electricity / Water. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively. You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard The Employer Our client provide cost-effective solutions and high quality products in order to meet our client’s specific automation objectives.
