Electrical Engineer – Join Our Dynamic Team!

We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience or a recent graduate ready to jump into an exciting career. This role offers a hybrid blend of hands-on project work, technical design, and collaboration with a talented team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Coordinate: Drive controls and engineering activities within our plants to support projects and departmental goals.
  • Design & Improve: Develop and optimize machine control methods and equipment layouts for maximum efficiency.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage engineering projects, including specifying, designing, and implementing plant equipment.
  • Collaborate & Consult: Work with planning, design, and management teams to ensure seamless production and quality standards.
  • Travel & Supervise: Visit off-site locations as needed for new or refurbished equipment installations and vendor management.
  • Programming & Design: Design, write, and modify PLC, HMI, robotic, and other control programs; create and modify electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits in AutoCAD or similar software.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in manufacturing engineering; automotive background is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PLC, HMI, and robot programming (Allen Bradley, Yaskawa, Motoman); strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Software Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
