Engenium is seeking a Facilities Electrical Engineer to join a long-term government program in Honolulu, Hawaii. Requirements


Security Clearance: Possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance.

Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (minimum four-year degree).

At least six (6) years of design management and/or design experience in tasks such as facilities electrical engineering and multidisciplined project design.

Professional License: U.S. Professional Engineering (P.E.) Registration in the discipline (, but not required).

Technical Expertise:

Broad-based engineering principles and strong technical knowledge in facilities electrical engineering.

Proficient in design calculations for electrical services, transformers, power distribution systems, and overcurrent devices.

Skilled in lighting calculations, layouts, fixture specifications, and creating/editing AutoCAD drawings.

Well-versed in the Electric Code.

Communication Skills:

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Experience preparing correspondence, detailed reports, and briefing management.

Technology Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and adaptability to new software (eCMS, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).

Additional Requirements:

Provide satisfactory proof of U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized).

Complete the SF-85-P Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions.
