Job DescriptionElectrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Production Environment - Oxford - Up to £36,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Oxford has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to be based on a production contract in Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £36,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday

\n

• 7am to 4pm

\n

• No callout

\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.

\n

• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.

\n

• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.

\n

• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.

\n

• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.

\n

• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.

\n

• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

• Salary of up to £36,000

• Monday to Friday 07.00 – 16.00

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential)

\n

• 18th Edition (Essential)

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
