Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Technician you will be part of a multi-disciplined diagnostic team responding to breakdowns & completing planned maintenance working 12hr days. You will support the departments Shift Management team (Production and Engineering) to ensure Safety, Quality and Production Plans are all met.



The Role:



* Report to the Team Leader Engineering on all matters regarding the maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment.



* Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities on all aspects of plant and equipment on site.



* Deputise for Team Leader



Requirements



* A recognised engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).



* Knowledge and experience of industrial systems such as:



* Hydraulic systems



* Pumps, drives and gearboxes



* Heavy machinery



* Water cooling systems



* Material handling systems



* Dust extraction systems



* Robotics and PLCs



* Vacuum Systems



* AC & DC circuits



The Working Pattern of the Electrical Technician is 12-hour Day shifts.
