Role – Electrical Engineer

Location – London (South West)

Salary - £33,000 - £36,500

 

I am working alongside a longstanding client of ours who are currently looking to hire a Electrical Engineer to work in South West London.

 

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background working within PPM’s and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant equipment.

 

Key responsibilities:



Manage and carry out planned and reactive maintenance to mechanical & electrical plant and equipment.

Electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding and repairs.

To undertake a proactive approach in ensuring all plant and equipment is fully operational and fit for purpose.

Inspections and testing of plant and equipment.

Participate in the department’s emergency on-call system as required (includes weekends). 

Qualification/Background Needed:



City & Guilds in electrical installations or equivalent (L3 ideally).

18th edition

Full UK Driving licence

Be self-motivated

Hands-on technical experience working with single and 3 phase electrical distribution and repairs

Significant electrical installation experience or apprentice trained

Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take ownership of the site
