Electrical Engineer\nCanary Wharf, East London \n£46,000\n\nWe have a unique position for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's in-house maintenance team, on a great, state of the art property based in Canary Wharf. This is a client direct role, where you'll receive a generous package, including a pension scheme of up to 15%, private health and dental care, training and other benefits! This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm \n\nAs an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, regularly troubleshoot and fault find in landlord areas, logbooks updates and ensure all compliance is adhered to.\n\nThe successful candidate in this role, must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, live within commutable distance to site and communicate well.\n\nElectrical Engineer Duties:\n\nPPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance \nElectrical Fault-Finding \nSingle & Three Phase Power \nEmergency Lighting \nFire Alarms \nBMS Operation \nAHUs \nFCUs \nGenerators \nVAV/VRFs \nWater Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). \nCooling Towers \nPumps & Motors \nSite Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations \nElectrical Engineer Requirements:\n\nFully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent) \nAt least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance \nLive within commutable distance to site \nGreat communication skills \nApprentice trained - Desirable, not essential \nSalary and Package:\n\n£46,000 per annum \nPackage benefits - Pension scheme of up to 15%, private health care / dental care, additional training and more!
