We are looking for an Electrical Engineer II!

Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 DOE

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Supports analog and digital circuit designs in accordance with customer requirements and industry standards
• Creates electrical engineering drawings for schematics/PCBs/ harnesses/test equipment
• Assists in reviewing electrical designs for manufacturing, cost, and quality assurance
• Supports test activities throughout the product development and qualification lifecycle and writes test procedures and test reports
• Designs and develops test equipment and harnesses for a multi-discipline team to provide total integrated support to multiple clients
• Coordinates manufacturing, assembly, and liaison efforts
• Supports proposal and business development activities as well as department development

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Typically possesses 2 to 5 years of aerospace, defense, and/or avionics experience
• Knowledge of military specifications and industry standards
• Experience with surface mount and through-hole soldering, de-soldering, harness build, and PCB development
• Experience with electrical test equipment including oscilloscope, DMM, power supply (logic analyzer and network analyzer are a plus)
• Experience with serial communication protocols (RS-422/485, MIL-STD-1553, etc.)
• Familiarity with microprocessor design, development, and testing
• Familiarity with C/C++/C#, Python, Matlab, Labview (Verilog and VHDL are a plus)
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium and OrCAD experience a plus)
• Proficient with simulation tools such PSPICE and LTSPICE
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold, or be able to obtain, a DoD SECRET clearance
