Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30, of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Job Overview: The Electrical Engineer applies their conceptual knowledge of electrical engineering and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward electrical problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Electrical Engineer understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform FEED, Studies, and detailed design engineering, analysis, and calculations on more complex and demanding engineering tasksApply knowledge and skills to complete varied assignmentsPrepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and proceduresPrioritize and organize own work to meet deadlinesFocus on completing work within budgetsCommunicate and explain information in straightforward engineering activitiesGain familiarity with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying concerns as early as practicablePerform successfully tasks with reduced supervisionRecognize changes to scope and notify the Discipline Lead EngineerCan coordinate work with the design teamInterface with all disciplines to develop clash-free designsInterface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawingsDocument substantive communications (communications that result in significant decisions or assignment of actions) and forward copies to the Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline ManagerCan prepare electrical specifications for materials and equipment with the guidance of a Senior EngineerProvide required bid inputs as directedPrepare sketches of detailed design to guide Designers
