Electrical Engineering

We are seeking two skilled Electrical Engineers to join a local authority team on a temporary basis. This role involves delivering electrical design works across the capital programme, including projects within the commercial estate, corporate estate, and housing client areas.

Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: Monday, 20th January 2025

End Date: Friday, 27th June 2025

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (37 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £26.20 per hour



Key Responsibilities:



* Developing and managing electrical design works for various projects within the capital programme.



* Providing technical support and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.



* Collaborating with stakeholders across commercial, corporate, and housing sectors to deliver high-quality solutions.



Work Arrangements:



* You will be based in the office for the first three months.



* After three months, there will be flexibility for some home working.



Candidate Requirements:



* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.



* Experience in electrical design, particularly within the commercial, corporate, or housing sectors.



* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
