What You Bring to the Table Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in a Canadian province. 10+ years of Electrical Engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities. Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one. Strong expertise in building codes, energy codes, and electrical standards . Proven experience managing teams and large-scale projects. Excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills. A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers. LEED Accreditation is a plus but not required.
