We can perform Precision Machining within the tightest tolerances, high-tech fabrication of sheet metal components, welding of critical structures/frames and complete system integration, assembly and testing of equipment.The Role#电气图和原理图 #线束装配 #制造 #半导体 #装配生产Salary Package:RM1800 - RM4400 (basic salary + allowance + overtime) commensurate with experienceJob Location: Batu Berendam, Melaka, MalaysiaJob Type: Permanent, Full-time, Onsite, 5 daysBusiness Unit: Machine-building companies provide turnkey manufacturing services: high-mix, low-volume and mass productionJob Responsibilities:Follow the instructions of team leaders, supervisors, and engineers.Ensure that design verification and design verification are carried out with the assistance of the relevant system/subsystem engineer to confirm the design.Use technical engineering and management skills to ensure that the team's deliverables for each work package, project milestone, and bid proposal are completed in a timely manner and within budget.Work with experts to design solutions for each project.Assist with technical issues with upgrades.Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.The team will be provided with technical and programmatic support and guidance, including execution strategy.The necessary technical skills required for upcoming projects and opportunities will be provided. We will provide structured training and ensure that the team receives adequate training in a timely manner to bridge this capability gap.Ideal ProfileJob Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/precision engineering environment.Experience in electrical assembly.Ability to understand basic electrical diagrams, schematics, and GD&TDemonstrate leadership skills and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) as the successful candidate will facilitate the connections between design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).What's on Offer?Work within a company with a solid track record of successExcellent career development opportunities
