Our client is looking to add an electrical estimator to their preconstruction team. The role has come about due to organic growth following a significant growth phase.



The business is widely recognised within their industry of building services and they have a company history spanning over 25 years accumulating in a fantastic reputation and people based success.



The role will sit within the Estimating department and be amongst a small estimating team, with the hired individual taking the lead and charge of electrical services quotes.



ROLE:



* Providing accurate electrical services quotes



* Managing tender & cost processes



* Reviewing tenders



* Working closely with other internal departments such as the legal & contracts team and the technical team



* Maintaining control of the costings sheet



* Site surveys



* Site investigations



* Liaising with clients



* Daily workings with estimating software



* Reporting



* Team meetings



* Mentoring



CANDIDATE:



* A solid a career background in Electrical Estimating within the building services sector



* Holds commercial, educational and health project experience



* Experienced working on projects ranging from £250K to £5million pound projects



* Strong ability to learn and work with new estimating software



* Exceptional organisational and communication skills



* Strong time management / deadline hitting skills



* Able to commit to a full time permanent role, which will be fully office based
