Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrician Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of electricians on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians on commercial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards and local codes.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Journeyman on a commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in various environments, including schools, prisons, and government facilities.
• Own a complete set of electrical tools.
