Duties include, but not limited to:
- Organize and maintain all material, labor, and equipment before, during, and after each job task.
- Maintain a complete understanding of the work scope, safety, and documentation involved in every commercial project with a solid knowledge of healthcare facilities.
- Direct and manage a crew of 10 or more commercial electricians and top helpers on the day-to-day basis for all commercial electrical work.
- Inspect work performance and ensured that all specifications are correct based on blueprints and city/county/state codes.
- Perform commercial wiring and mechanical repair on both low and high voltage systems including live circuits ranging from 15 amps (single phase) to 4000 amps (three phase).
- Installation of conduit, cable raceways, main distribution panels, and sub-distribution panels, installation of motor control panels, and etc.
- Vast experience reading and interpreting blue print and schematics to complete commercial projects in North Carolina.
- Act as liaison between contractors, inspectors, and employers.
- Meet quality assurance of projects to be examined by client, superintendent, and city/county inspectors.
- Maintain time sheets and check frequently to assure work progress is made on-time based on standard allowances.

Qualifications
- Proficient in OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera
- Strong project scheduling and budgeting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Supervisory experience in construction environments
- Knowledge of quality control processes and construction estimating techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
