We are Hiring! We are Loveland Electric II, LLC, one of the top Electrical Contractors in South Florida!
We have immediate opportunities in the North Tampa, FL area, for experienced Electrical working Foreman with Industrial experience to join our Team! The full-time Supervisory position will report to the General Superintendent. This position requires a minimum of 12+ years of experience in the Electrical Trade and must have 4-5 years in a Supervisory role, managing small - medium size crews. You must have solid leadership skills and communication skills.
(*We are seeking Local Candidates only, No relocation offered.)

· Competitive Compensation Package! ($30.00-$35.00+ per hour, based on experience.)
· Health/Dental/Vision Insurance offered after 60 days of Employment.
· After 90 days of Employment: * 3 Paid Holidays
· Vacation Pay: 1 week pay for Vacation after 1 year of employment, 2 week’s pay for Vacation after 3 years of employment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee small electrical projects and crews onsite.
- Coordinate manpower and quality control.
- Report all progress daily to the Supervisor onsite.
Skills Required:
- Must be able to read and adhere to plans and specifications.
- Must possess strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to problem solve.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have basic Computer Skills
Qualifications:
- An Active Electrical Journeyman License , but not required.
- Industrial experience is a must.
- Min of 4-5 years in a Superintendent/ Supervisory role.
- Must have solid knowledge of the Electrical Trade.
- Must have thorough knowledge of Electric Code and its applications.
- Must have valid drivers’ license with insurance acceptable history.
- Must be able to pass a Drug screen.
