Electrical Foreman: Prefab
Hays Electrical Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee our Pre-Fab operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production, managing workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality within our Pre-Fab shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean concepts, production flows, and electrical systems. 

Position Overview:
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Pre-Fab shop. This includes managing the production of electrical assemblies, ensuring the shop runs efficiently, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Foreman will coordinate with internal teams, manage inventory, oversee the installation of electrical components, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process. The role also requires familiarity with lean principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
