Electrical & Instrument engineer

The candidate should have electricity , instrument and DCS engineering capability for project executionRESPONSIBILITIESContribute to the analysis of information, the specification of the methods, process steps, and the plant, machinery and equipment required to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems, to deliver the end product within specified cost and quality parameters.Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards.Carry out inspections under the supervision of senior colleagues to evaluate the quality of engineering works and / or the integrity of existing installations or structures, and make recommendations to senior colleagues on the remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.REQUIREMENTSBusiness Japanese communication capabilityUniversity (First degree)Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise othersVery limitedManages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.Negotiates without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on reviewing and creating relevant, lucid and effective reports.Identifies, assesses, prioritizes and manages risks without supervision and provides technical guidance when required.Works with full competence to create and edit art and photographic images, from idea generation to production.
