If so, we want to hear from you!\n\nLocation: Liverpool\nContract Type: Permanent\nSalary: Up to £47k per annum, DOE\n\nAs an E&I Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our plant and process equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nExecuting repairs on electrical and instrumentation breakdowns using world-class problem-solving techniques.\nCompleting planned preventative maintenance tasks to the highest standards.\nUtilising our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log faults, analyse data, and track materials.\nDeveloping prioritised maintenance plans to optimise maintenance windows effectively.\nImplementing predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, ultrasound, and vibration analysis.\nCollaborating with mechanical teams to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.\nAdhering to all safety procedures and improving practices through risk assessments.\nContributing to our food safety and quality assurance processes.What We're Looking For:\nTo succeed in this role, you should possess:\n\nA Level or HNC standard in engineering subjects.\nApprenticeship training in instrumentation & electrical.\nExperience in a food production factory is desirable (knowledge of BRC standards is a plus).\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with a systematic approach to tasks.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.\nA self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.Personal Attributes:\nWe value honesty, openness, and trustworthiness.
