We serve multiple industries, including DOD contractors, military, disaster relief, and commercial markets. Our containerized and modular solutions are all built in-house at our factory in Buffalo, NY. Manufacturing capabilities range from military training, live fire enclosures, bathroom/shower units, expeditionary camps, medical facilities, water treatment, electrical/energy storage enclosures, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate electrical components like motors, sensors, control panels, power supplies, and wiring harnesses into a complete electrical system.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics to accurately wire and connect components according to design specifications.
  • Install electrical components on machines or within designated enclosures, ensuring proper placement and mounting.
  • Perform wire harnessing, labeling, and routing cables according to electrical standards and project requirements.
  • Perform functional tests on integrated systems to identify and resolve electrical issues, including troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Adhere to quality standards and procedures during integration, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of integration processes, including component lists, wiring diagrams, and test results.
  • Work closely with other technicians, and project managers to coordinate electrical integration activities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in electrical integration and/or automation
  • Experience installing PLCs and VFDs
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution systems, control circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electrical tools like wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and test equipment.
  • Ability to analyze electrical issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Meticulous approach to wiring and connections, ensuring accuracy and quality.
