Electrical Journeyman

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking an Electrical journeyman, building automation systems installer. .

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair building automation systems
• Install and repair physical security systems
• Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, building automation sensors, hardware, and other electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes
• Communicate and document daily work and job progress

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical installation and/or building automation.
• Ability to install conduit, wiring, and terminate without supervision 
• Expert ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Basic project management ability
• Providing of all hand tools
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to  professionally communicate during project meetings with peers, customers, and professional engineers
