Electrical Maintenance Electrician/Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of electrical systems, a strong background in maintenance practices working on Carbon and stainless steel manufacturing lines , and the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems. 

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems, including motors, generators, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Troubleshooting:

• Interpret electrical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving electrical systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical maintenance.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with a strong emphasis on industrial settings.
• Proven experience with various electrical systems and components, including low and high voltage equipment.

Shift work 6am-2pm (opportunity for over time after 2pm and weekends) 

Candidate must hold all UpToDate Electrical Qualifications (18th edition)
