Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer



Location: Swadlincote



Industry: Manufacturing



Pay: £45,693 + Overtime = earnings of £48,000 and upwards achievable



Shift: Monday-Friday - Mornings (5.30am to 1.30pm) rotating with Monday-Friday - Afternoons (1.30pm to 9.30pm)

Overview:



Working on automated production line machinery we now require an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team.



Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer role:



To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.

Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

PPM'sThe ideal candidate / Electrical Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:



Knowledge of safety circuits, Invertors, how relays operate, speed control systems

A mechanical understanding would be advantageous - gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics

Knowledge of PLC's advantageous

Electrically qualified - Must be able to present these at interview - minimum Level 3 or apprentice trained Commutable from: Ashby de la Zouch, Coalville, Swadlincote, Leicester and surrounding areas.
