Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Croydon - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Croydon. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located near Croydon. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

\n
• Temp - ASAP - 3 months 

\n

• £24 per hour Umbrella or CIS 

\n

• 08:00am - 17:00pm 

\n

• Monday - Friday 

\n

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3

\n

• City & Guilds - 18th Edition

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
