CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Portsmouth carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a Hospital. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £38,432 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Water Treatment

\n

Hours of Work 

4 Week work rota

\n
• Week 1 - Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm

\n

• Week 2 - Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:15 pm

\n

• Week 3 - Monday to Wednesday OFF, Thursday 12:15 pm - 10 pm, Friday 12 pm - 9 pm, Sat & Sun 8 am - 10 pm

\n

• Week 4 - Monday to Wednesday 12:15 - 10pm, Thursday to Sunday OFF

\n

• Salary of £38,432 (Inclusive of Shift Allowance)

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Essential)

\n

• City & Guilds - 18th Edition (Essential)

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
