Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – Chiswick Park, West London  - Up to £38,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in Chiswick Park, West London. I am currently recruiting for an Electrical maintenance engineer to be based at a commercial building in Chiswick Park, West London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance covering all Landlord services.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Electrical Fault Finding and Remedial works

\n

• HVAC Maintenance

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Re-set

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

• General building fabric

\n

Hours of work
Monday to Friday, Split Days - (40 hour week)

\n
• Week 1 - 07:00am to 16:00pm 

\n

• Week 2 - 09:00am to 18:00pm

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrical qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 

\n

• 17th / 18th Edition

\n

• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 

\n

• Excellent customer service skills

\n

• Happy to cover a large site 

\n

• Honest, hard working and reliable

\n

Package

\n
• Up to £38,000 per annum

\n

• Overtime available 

\n

• 23 days holiday + BH
