Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - South Kensington - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in South Kensington. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office located in South Kensington. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

\n
• Monday - Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm 

\n

• Saturday (paid @ 1.5) - 10:00am - 20:00pm (Successful candidate must be able to cover most Saturdays to work on going)

\n

• 40 hours a week basic (not including saturday)

\n

• £25 per hour Umbrella 

\n

• Temporary 

\n

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3

\n

• City & Guilds - 18th Edition

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
