Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nLocation: Westminster,London.\n\nContract: University \n\nSalary: £45,000\n\nMy client is a large Facilities and maintenance company who operate in various sectors across the commercial sector. They are currently looking for a number of experienced electrical maintenance engineers to join an established team on a static site near Westminster . This role is Monday to Friday working 8 AM - 5 PM\n\nBenefits include:\n\nCompetitive salary up to £45k \nOT available \nProgression and ongoing Training\n25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays\nPension\nCompany benefitsResponsibilities will include:\n\nCarry out all PPM's and reactive works on site\nEnsure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices\nEnsure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.\nDaily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings\nEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients\nMaintain the professional image always, and promote services.\nEnsure All subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.\nEnsure you manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date\nTo oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.\nReceiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.\nBe prepared for on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response.Applicants for the role must possess the following:\n\nFully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with AM2 if required \n18th edition \n2391 Test and inspection - highly desirable \nExperience working within occupied offices\nDriving Licence \nMust be able to obtain DBSRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
