Job DescriptionElectrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - London - Temporary - £27 per hour
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company in London. This role is based in a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance alongside an experienced maintenance team.
Hours of Work:

- Monday - Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- 40 hours per week (excluding Saturdays)
- Temporary (Must be able to start immediately)

Key Responsibilities:
- \n
- Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance
- Emergency lighting testing
- Control panel maintenance
- Changing ballasts
- Monitoring the BMS system (hot & cold systems)
- General M&E/fabric maintenance
- Logbook updates and compliance reporting
- Basic plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
- Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems

Requirements:
- \n
- \nCity & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations
- \n18th Edition qualification
- Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
