With ongoing expansion and an increased workload, this marks an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised organisation.\n\nElectrical Maintenance Engineer's Responsibilities:\n\n * Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.\n\n * Perform effective fault diagnosis to ensure first-time fixes.\n\n * Ensure all electrical work complies with the latest electrical standards and regulations (18th Edition).\n\n * Demonstrate a good understanding and hands-on experience with food manufacturing machinery, such as online tray sealers, metal detectors, weight checkers, conveyors, depositors, printers, mixers, steam cookers, industrial kettles, and ovens.\n\n * Read and interpret electrical drawings, pneumatic schematics, and blueprints.\n\n * Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on PLC systems with HMI control machines, inverters, and electrical control panels.\n\n * Exhibit a strong understanding of pneumatic circuits and related components.\n\n * Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure system safety and efficiency.\n\n * Maintain accurate records of work carried out, ensuring compliance with company protocols.\n\n * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safe operation of electrical systems.\n\n * Effectively maintain PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) paperwork.\n\n * Identify areas for additional work beyond the specified contractual requirements.\n\n * Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.\n\n * Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.\n\n * Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.\n\n * Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.\n\n * Attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.\n\n * Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.\n\n * Design and build control panels.\n\nElectrical Maintenance Engineer's The Ideal Candidate:\n\n * Experience within a manufacturing environment.\n\n * Electrically biased with knowledge of the following: PLC systems, electrical and electronic maintenance, mechanical systems, 17th and 18th Edition standards, pumps, motors, conveyors, sealing machines, packing machines, depositors, and ovens.\n\n * Basic understanding of mechanical systems.\n\n * Flexible working days and weekends\n\nElectrical Maintenance Engineer's Benefits:\n\n * Free parking on site\n\n * Free/Discounted Food\n\n * Company Pension scheme\n\n * Sick pay scheme\n\n * Maternity and paternity pay scheme\n\n * Long service awards\n\nThis role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally recognised manufacturing company.
