MC Technical Recruitment is working with a UK leader in environmental solutions, to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an industrial hazardous waste management site based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on sustainability and innovation.



As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:



Providing day-to-day EC&I maintenance support on site

Safely isolating and testing electrical and instrumentation equipment

Fault diagnosis and resolution of EC&I issues

Inspection, calibration, and service of control instruments and site equipment

Supporting installation and commissioning of minor EC&I projects

Assisting with mechanical breakdowns and continuous improvement activities

Contributing to health and safety audits and using the CMMS system for reporting

To be considered for this role, you should have:



Time-served experience as an electrical engineer

CompEx 1-4 qualifications (ideal)

Strong experience with 4-20mA, single/3-phase systems

Proficiency in SCADA, PID controllers, and process instrumentation

Basic mechanical understanding to assist during breakdowns
