Storm Search is working on filling a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift Electrician opportunity in Morgantown, PA area!

Job Duties:

• Provide electrical support for plant facilities, up to 480v/3-phase systems.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate installation of new equipment and control circuitry (motor, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Perform electrical preventative maintenance and manage inventory of electrical parts.
• Recommend modifications for equipment reliability and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with management to resolve recurring issues and supervise outside contractors.
• Guide and oversee apprentices or journeyman electricians.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and maintenance teams.
• Assist with non-electrical projects during personnel shortages or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED; 2-year Electrical Degree .
• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing electrician experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of motor control circuits and/or PLCs.
• Strong understanding of health and safety codes, mechanical aptitude, and project planning.
• Ability to work with contractors across various trades.
