Make your move, Join us !Job DescriptionFor our railway competence center in Vado Ligure (SV), we are looking for an Electrical-Mechanical Integration Engineer to join the mechanical integration team for railway applications.Your main missions are:To perform electrical-mechanical integration (electrical cubicles and harnesses / cable tray / routing) activities and deliverables on projects and tenders in compliance with quality, cost & delivery commitments.Performing 3D, design annotations and 2D deliverables for electrical-mechanical integration and updating these deliverables according engineering change requests.Defining requirements and mechanical & electrical interfaces, to equipment, cubicles harnesses, cable tray & junction box (allocated volume, weight, location, use of standard parts, etc.).Ensuring consistency of mechanical & electrical interfaces, compliance with requirements on domain scope. Checking with respect of allocated volumes/interfaces (no-clashes) on internal design.Helping electrical engineering colleagues to prepare and document the activities in order to sustain design reviewsChecking electrical routing sub-systems deliveries conformity with project needs.Realizing Bill of Material (BoM). Applying customer rules, processes and tools and ensuring deliverables quality and their acceptance by the customer (internal or external) within committed limits.Designing products taking into account project requirements (performances, manufacturability, serviceability, testability, etc.).Integrating and validating the harnesses design.Integrating the requirements coming from: industrialization, harness design, EMC, and maintainability.Reporting on activities progress and alerting relevant responsible in case of issues potentially impacting the achievement of quality, cost & delivery commitments.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentMechanical Engineer preferably applied to Railway products with 1-2 years’ experienceGood knowledge PTC Creo, appreciated Catia V53D Modelling, drawing rules and stack-up analysisGood communication and interpersonal skills including with third parties in an international environmentTime management and reporting skillsSense of urgency / priorityStructured and organized with hands-on approachFluent in English and ItalianWillingness to travelThe work may be done in hybrid mode, the work location will be Vado Ligure (SV), so domicile/residence in the area is appreciated.Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
