Responsibilities:


Experience in the design and development of switch mode power supplies and magnetic components; transformers and inductors





Well versed in DC/DC converter topologies and able to perform worst-case circuit and thermal analyses and evaluate new technologies for power electronics





Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns





Provide design engineering support on emergent issues





Formulate design concepts for engineering problems and sets scope and parameters of projects





Participate in project planning and implementation





Monitor project scope and confirm changes using project management processes





Support the development and maintenance of processes, procedures, and work instructions





Initiate and lead technical studies and projects





Accurately record and store test measurements, data, and results





Qualifications:


SPICE Software (Advanced)





CAD Software (Intermediate)





MathWorks MATLAB (Intermediate)





Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced)





Integration Testing





Hardware Testing Methods





Experience





10 years of experience related to role with BS





6 years of experience related to role with MS





Education





• BS or BA degree typically required in a related field of study. Salary Range: $123,745 - $154,681 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
