Electrical Power System Engineer
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMRI, a woman-owned Technologies and Engineering Services company is searching for Electrical Power System Engineer to join the Orion Change Management Team, supporting a surge effort to complete multiple drawing updates across various subsystems.Key Responsibilities:• Create 3D solid models in CREO and/or IDEAS of space flight avionics and electrical ground support equipment.
• Electromechanical design to include electronic enclosure design for a variety of missions and customers.
• Attend Design Reviews and provide technical feedback.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1-2 years professional experience.
- Mechanical hardware design, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), CREO and/or Pro-E CAD design.
Desired Skills:• Understanding of GD&T, mechanical analysis (tolerance, bolted joint engagement, etc.), structures, materials.
• Experience with 3D printing/prototyping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
