Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at Atarashi Denka Bijon Power System India Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in East Delhi, Noida, and Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering and project management. Qualifications and Skills Project Management (Mandatory skill) Electrical Engineering (Mandatory skill) AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) Experience in Budgeting with proficiency in estimating project costs and managing project finances efficiently Risk Assessment skills to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders Excellent Problem Solving abilities to address technical issues and project challenges in a timely manner Team Leadership experience to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving common goals Roles and Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage electrical projects from inception to completion Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution Conduct site inspections and provide technical support and guidance to onsite teams Identify potential risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders Mentor and lead project team members to enhance their skills and performance Share CV :- info@atarashiin.org
